• the syllabus are implemented in the time of years of kindergarten education. We distribute and expand topics to kindergarten education. We distribute and expand topics to fit 5 and 6 years who make kindergarten year I and II respectively
• we also serve 3 - 4 age group as at preparation stage
• normally the duration

  of a lesson for a kindergarten child is 30 minutes
• we have to make a weekly timetable with an appropriate balance

The syllabus we teach year I and II:

• the lessons taught are
  • English language
  • Swahili language
  • Science
  • Arithmetic
  • games and sports
  • drawing

Our policies:

• a child must be between 3 - 6 years of age, as of January 1st. No exceptions are made to this rule
• the teachers are to report to a kindergarten at regular hours of operation of kindergarten. If they are late, they must provide a reasonable explanation and sign in writing the correct time
• the teachers must perform their duties to the best of their abilities, using their training as kindergarten teachers and the government curriculum for English and Swahili medium lessons

School fees:

Recently we charge 1.000 Tshs (almost 1 US $), as a school fees per head though. Still many parents are either not affording to pay or to pay in terms of crops like maize or paddy, animals like chicken or duck.

Document requirements: we normally request the parent(s) to share with us these information when registering a child the child's name and family name the child's age (show if orphan /not orphan) parents' adress (s) and occupations any known child's medical problems or allergies report any changes regarding your child register form, if at any time happens

Kindergarten dates and classtimes:

1. Dates

• the school dates will commence the same date as village primaries and will use the same days as primaries
• the kindergarten will use the same days as primaries
• the kindergarten will run until the beginning of December each year
• the kindergarten will run three hours per session, with a morning and afternoon session each day

2. Class time

• teachers do arrive at the kindergarten at 7:00 am each day to prepare for class. If any teacher is more than 3 minutes late, it must be reported to the kindergarten's manager with a reason provided, if this happens three times, a written report is to be sent to the board of trustees members, and therefore be discussed
• the board of trustees may decide to terminate a teacher if found not working well with the children
• a teacher must work and stay at kindergarten until 3:00 pm

Discipline:

All teachers are responsible for a child's discipline and class control at all times.
